House Rules

  • Check-in / Check-out: Check-in is at 4 PM. Check-out is at 10 AM.
  • Guests: No more than ten (10) guests allowed overnight.
  • Age: Minimum age of 25 years old to book. Photo ID required and must match the name on the booking.
  • No Parties: Large group parties or events are not allowed.
  • Quiet Time: No loud noises or music between 11 PM – 8 AM.
  • No Fireworks or Firearms: Firearms must be secured in vehicles during your stay.
  • Children: This cabin is not childproof. Guests must supervise children at all times, especially near the hot tub, fire pit, fireplaces, and stairs.
  • Trash: Trash pickup is Thursday mornings. Place trash in designated bins Wednesday evening to ensure scheduled pickup.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

96.5% Refund: If cancellation occurs at least 30 days before arrival.
46.5% Refund: If cancellation occurs at least 14 days before arrival.
No Refunds: Within 14 days of arrival.

FAQs


Do you allow pets?

No pets are allowed on the property.

Does the kitchen have appliances and dishes?

Yes! The kitchen is stocked with essentials including toasters, blenders, grill tools, cookware, mixing bowls, dishes, and silverware—everything needed to prepare a great meal.

Are towels and linens provided?

Yes. Fresh linens and towels are provided. A washing machine is also available onsite. Please do not use bath towels for cleaning.

Should I bring toilet paper and paper towels?

No need! We provide a starter set including toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, coffee, creamer, and sweetener.

Do you provide firewood?

Yes, firewood is available onsite.

What is the property close to?
The cabin borders the Chattahoochee National Forest and offers scenic views. It’s just 15 minutes from Blue Ridge Lake, downtown Blue Ridge, and popular hiking trails including the Benton MacKaye Trail, Aska Trail System, and Appalachian Trail sections.
